Membership in the Retailers Club India WhatsApp community is currently offered free of charge. Because no payment is collected on this website, there are no refunds to process.

Purchases made from manufacturers

All product purchases, orders, and payments happen directly between you (the retailer) and the manufacturer. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and quality disputes for such transactions must be handled directly with the manufacturer, according to their policies.

Retailers Club India is not a party to those transactions and does not issue refunds for goods purchased from manufacturers in the community.

Future paid services

If we introduce any paid service in the future, a specific refund policy will be published at that time and shown clearly before payment.
